SugarHouse Sportsbook launched in New Jersey on August 23, 2018, adding a sports betting option to its app. Lesser known Valley Forge Casino and Resort will rely on a partnership with FanDuel Sportsbook to bouy its efforts. SugarHouse, and Philly-based rival Parx Sportsbook, will get a leg up since both are already popular brand names in Eastern Pennsylvania.
